Introduction:

High-purity zinc borate is an environmentally friendly, halogen-free flame retardant. This product is non-toxic, has low water solubility, high thermal stability, small particle size, low specific gravity, and good dispersibility. As an efficient flame retardant, it is widely applied in plastics, rubber, coatings, and other fields.

Product Applications:

1. High-purity zinc borate can serve as a multifunctional synergist for antimony oxide or other halogen-based flame retardants. It can effectively enhance flame retardancy, reduce smoke during combustion, and adjust the chemical, mechanical, and electrical properties of rubber and plastic products.

2. As a partial or complete environmentally friendly replacement for halogen-containing flame retardants, high-purity zinc borate is widely used in the processing of plastics and rubbers, such as PVC, PE, PP, reinforced polyamide, polycarbonate, polystyrene, epoxy resins, polyester resins, natural rubber, styrene-butadiene rubber, chloroprene rubber, etc. It is also used in paper, fiber fabrics, decorative boards, floor leather, wallpaper, carpets, ceramic glazes, and disinfectants. In coatings production, it improves flame retardancy.

3. Due to other properties of high-purity zinc borate, it can also be used in anti-corrosion, far-infrared absorption, and wood insect and bacteria treatment fields.
